Systematic Improvement

Systematic Improvement through
Employee Participation

Every company within trade and industry must live a healthy financial life in a good environment, now and in the future. Nevertheless many companies are going downhill even though there is a business boom. We are now in the beginning of a downward trend, which will give weaker demand and by that lower prices on goods and services. Could this negative trend be broken?

Yes – by producing goods and services to a lower cost than the falling market prices. This demands that every company that wants to live a healthy financial life in a good environment must be at least as good as the competition or better. Is it really possible to be better than what we are now?

Yes – much better! Every company within trade and industry could improve its total quality/productivity by 30% during the coming 3 years. This is required:

We are offering introduction and start-up of this systematic improvement through employee participation by providing manuals with directions, split in 8 parts. The material is built on knowledge and practical experience from similar development work in Europe, America and Asia. It is our intention, after the introduction in place, to send one part each month as instructions on how the systematic improvement work should be done. During the time in between, we will be able to provide development support, if requested.

Notification of interest should be sent to us. We would be happy to be at your service for further information and guidance.
